Egg and Cheese Bollo
At first glance, it looks like a simple, warm loaf of bread, but the aroma alone tells you it’s something special; fresh, warm, and absolutely mouthwatering.

Daseo Coffee Shack, it's a Mexican Inspired Coffee shop and you can tell that it is from the menu to the decor. It brings a vibrant piece of local culture into every cup. Tucked into the heart of Phoenix, this Mexican-inspired coffee spot blends community energy with specialty brews and food that reflect the flavors and warmth of the Southwest. Since it was my first time here, I asked one of the workers what item would be best for us to try. Since it was the holiday season, they had their seasonal menu. I decided to go with the White Cranberry Mocha with Almond Milk and the EL Chicano, which consisted of egg, caramelized onion, jalapeno jam, avocado, Boar's Head White American cheese on a noble bun. The combination of flavors for this sandwich was perfect! A kiss to the chef for this emaculate creation. They can be located at 2330 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85006.
